*Head's up on some cloud,
Personality: Not the polite type, Dru thinks much too highly of himself and can be a bit of an ego-maniac. He makes sarcastic remarks a lot, usually stirring up trouble wherever he goes. Although, he has the goods to back his words up, a lot of people can't tolerate him because of his conceit. Dru doesn't view himself as self-centered, though. Just confident. His trademark is his ever-present smirk, another thing that irritates those around him.
Dru is very laid back. He loves the finer things, and doesn't think much about problems and anxiety-causing thoughts. He is never serious about life. He takes its punches and just roll with it. Most people would be annoyed at his lax, but it's just him. He takes things at his own pace, never caring much for trivial things such as time, deadlines, and dues. He also laughs a lot and rarely ever gets upset or temperamental.
Dru is all about honesty. He can be cutting and direct to the point, but you can be sure he never lies. He doesn't care if the truth hurts as long as his message comes across that person. And, sibling or not, he is brutally frank, sparing no one with his biting tongue. Doesn't caring much for emotions, he can come across to those who don't know him well as cold and callous. But that's just who he is, he says it like he sees it.
Dru can be very outrageous, doing crazy things that, oftentimes, would put even his father to shame. He is your regular I-don't-give-a-crap-what-other-people-think kind of guy. He doesn't ask permission or approval from others in doing what he wants, and he does what he pleases, even if sometimes it means crashing and burning. Dru has a Devil-may-care attitude, oftentimes making him extremely stubborn and bullheaded. His personality clashes a lot with other campers, but he shrugs it all off. He isn't mean, though. He just is extremely outspoken, saying everything that's on his mind.
Likes: Flirting, Doing nothing, annoying people, getting what he wants, himself, challenges

History: People say Dru has the attitude he does because he never had a father figure in his life, someone to lay down discipline on him. But after Dru was born, his mother never even seemed to be interested in any of guy. Dru was told his father was killed during a drug raid. He was led to believe his father was Chief of police, full of courage, dignity, blah blah. Personally, all this bored Dru. In his mind, Dru was what they should be talking about. Not just that, all the strange things going on with him, these unexplainable things kept happening to him. After something strange would happen they would pack up and move. So he pretty much lived out of suitcases.
When he and his mother moved to New York, it would be his last move. He was walking to school when this man approached him, seeing this Dru had a smirk on his face, figuring it was nothing to be worried about. But then the man tried to attack him, after that everything grew hazy and he blacked out. When he woke up he was in a camp, surrounded by the oddest assortment of people he'd ever seen. It's easy to say he laughed in their faces when they tried to explain that he was a child of an Olympian parent, he really couldn't be expected to believe in this, could he? But as his stay got longer, he could deny the obvious forever.
He'd been to camp for about three months when he was finally claimed. It was right before dinner began, he was walking up to take a seat with the Hermes cabin when everyone grew silent and stared at him. Honestly he just thought it was because of his good looks, it also didn't hurt when they bowed down to him, but he glanced up and saw the image of his father floating on his head. When he moved into his Cabin, it was empty. They said Thalia was still on a quest and she should be back soon.

RP Example: From an old rp I did.Cold. Cold, it seemed the only thing Dru could feel, hunger faded with the last food she ate it seem years ago. She laid on her back, closing her eyes as the sun tried to break through her scrunched eyes. She could feel her hair sticking to her head, it was disgusting. She just wanted to lay their and fade away, I mean it would be better then turning into one of them. Anything but that, besides she had no one to live for. Her mother and father died to long go for Dru to care. Actually, she did care. Why couldn't she have just dropped dead then and there? She would have died with her parents, but no. Karma had it's eyes out on the world, and Dru was just a poor target. "Pathetic,' Dru ushered under a quiet voice, "That's what I am, pathetic." It as beyond her to take her own life, besides it's not like you could pull back a bow, and aim it at yourself. Dru felt as if she could feel ll her strength drain out of her body, as if the sun was sucking up Dru's last weapon to stay alive.
Dru's hand curled around the bow, clutching it tightly, she forced her body to move by saying simple commands; "Okay, get up Dru" "Dru, walk around, stretch your legs." It was a simple exercise, but it worked for now. Dru needed to get food, find a new location, get a new weapon. The list just never ended, not until the end. Dru looked down at her quiver, ten arrows, ten things keeping her from dying, or turning. Oh, how quickly they will be gone, and then Dru will be left with nothing, nothing but death to look forward to. Maybe that should have put a damper on her mood, but when you're desperate to live, nothing really can damper that. She'd just have to push on, no matter what came about in the future if she ran out of arrows. As she stretched her legs, she saw an old, worn out poster advertising about a safe heaven. They promised no sickness, safety, food, shelter. It seemed all too good to be true, and it turns out it was. There were no directions printed anywhere on the poster. Now would be a situation where someone's will to survive would lessen..
